Yes, the world is laughing at America. Free countries fear our demise since we are the anchor of freedom in the world. Muslim countries have no more love for us under Obama than they did earlier — though they consider us weaker, with less resolve. Authoritarian countries like China and Korea realize they can now ignore us. Countries like Russia just smile. Our country has lost much respect. This cartoon from Scotland is an example.
