Janet and I have always loved good movies that are of high quality with good acting. But it must also be entertaining, redemptive, inspiring and challenging us to the good, the beautiful, the human.
As St. Paul says, “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, [watch and] think about these things. (Philippians 4:8)
Most families are being forced to spend time together during this pandemic of the Chinese virus. What a wonderful time to read together and watch great movies. Enjoy and be edified (and entertained)!
