About two weeks ago Janet and I had a fun day in Rome and thought we’d share it with anyone who is interested. I entitled the video “University & Eggplant.”
We did a talk at the Legionaires University in Rome and later in the day we visited our favorite restaurant where we learned to make eggplant parmigiana.
