It is worth the time to listen to this Bishop from Africa as he discusses the new document from Rome Fiducia Supplicans concerning the blessing of homosexual  couples and others in irregular relationships. The bishop clearly lays it all out for his people who are scandalized.

He is Bishop Martin Anwel Mtumbuka of the Diocese of Karonga Malawi appointed by Pope Francis and one of his advisers. He is not alone since now all the bishops of Africa in a united document have rejected the Vatican’s Fiducia Supplicans and the blessings of homosexual couples.

Interestingly enough, the archpriest of St. Peters Basilica in Rome has just announced they will begin blessing homosexual couples (at the graves of the saintly saints and popes of the past including St. Pope John Paul II).
