Traditional Anglicans welcome Vatican announcement with joy
Archbishop John Hepworth, primate of the Traditional Anglican Communion, has issued a statement welcoming Pope Benedict’s decision to permit Anglican communities to join the Catholic Church as communities.

An interesting announcement today from the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith alerts us to an upcoming apostolic constitution establishing a “personal ordinariate for Anglicans entering the Catholic Church”.  My first thoughts thereon are linked above.
