These great pilgrims have earned a little free time and today the reward arrived. A busy morning but the late afternoon and evening free. A lot of them have things they want to do and others just want to rest.

We start with Gethsemane where Amer and I give our talks before Mass at 9 AM, seated around the rock where Jesus sweat drops of blood. We see olive trees over 2000 years old.

Then to the Western Wall where we explain the Temple and history of the site before going up on Mount Zion to visit the Dormition of Mary Abbey and the Upper Room.

From there, we drive a short distance to a kibbutz called Ramat Rachel for an excellent lunch. Then back to the hotel for some free time, the blessing of religious items and dinner at the hotel.
