Caught them! Our grandkids prowling around at night. My son Jesse had his camera ready!
This is 2 1/2 year-old Joey and his 1 year old brother Johnny.
The expression on little Johnny’s face as he looks – up watching his brother from inside the fridge is just too cute!

That little fellow in the fridge is going to give me nightmares, I can only assume dad is watching him like white on rice.

The fruit does not fall far from the tree. I wonder what their Grandpa did when he was young!!

Sorry to be a wet blanket guys but you need to be very careful about kids getting into refrigerators. Extremely dangerous since they cannot get out and there is no air in there. I would never allow this and I would not post a picture of it. They see the pic and might think it is OK. I love everything else about this site but that pic gave me a heart attack.

I completely agree with you that children around refrigerators and freezers is a serious thing. We know that someone took the picture. Hopefully they then talked to the older one that it was a bad thing to do especially for his little brother. He was a teaching moment. We have a son who now is 43 years old who climbed any thing that was taller then he was. When he was 3 we looked up and saw him on the top step of a 30 foot concrete silo. The fixed ladder was 8 ft off the ground. He had climbed the steel rings that encircled the silo to reach the fixed ladder. We always were trying to stop him from climbing everything. We were unsuccessful. Today he still climbs mountains in Colorado. He has climbed all 54 14,000 ft. mountains in the state.

I’m pretty sure they watch the children especially seeing as how a picture was taken. My kids have done sneaky things and I sometimes snap a picture before talking to & grabbing them. They weren’t in immediate danger with adults right there. These are sweet memories for the future and I can’t imagine that Steve would neglect his grandchildren’s safety. (:
