If you haven't seen the movie Radio, then I suggest you run out and get it. I had never heard of it before. My parents gave me their Netflix copy and we watched it with our daughter Emily last night. It is thoroughly “Catholic,” though religion was never really mentioned.
However, the theme of the story and the actions of the main character (played by Ed Harris) portrays a redemptive life from a decidedly Catholic perspective. His principled life and the resultiing suffering, is a real example of charity and a life keeping priorities in place. Get your family together and watch this movie.
