This IS the overriding human rights issue of our time. 39 young women, some post abortive, some abortion survivors, many of whom are minority women, but all with a passion for life, are walking from Houston, site of the largest abortion facility in the western hemisphere, to the courthouse in Dallas, where the 39 year assault on women (and men) began and culminated in the U.S. Supreme Court’s Roe vs. Wade decision, declaring that unborn human beings are not persons.
May God bless them in their stand for life and their sacrificial 270 mile walk and allow us to see the end of the scourge of abortion in our lifetime. Just as the U.S. Supreme Court finally recognized the reality that people of all races ARE human beings, may they at last acknowledge the truth that all people ARE human, born and unborn!

Today is Day 6 of the walk. You may also want to scroll down at their web site to view the press conference with which they began the walk on March 17th. It is well worth the time–about 16 minutes–it takes to listen to it.
