We got some great work done today in Smyrna (Izmir). We gained access to a piece of Polycarp's skull and were able to film all the necessary segments in Polycarp's Church. It was a nightmare getting the permits and actually getting in, but God was merciful. We believe Polycarp interceded for us. More later.

Three Christians were killed by Muslims in Turkey yesterday. They weren't us. I mention that just in case anyone was worried. It happened to the east of us. We are in no danger — at least I don't think we are 🙂 Certainly no more in danger than in America. My daughter goes to a quality Catholic school in Ann Arbor that was in lock down yesterday after a prank warning "Virginia Tech Today" was found in the boy's restroom. Geez, what is the world coming to?

Tomorrow we shoot in Ephesus and Selcuk. We will have a 16 hour day of work but we have a great crew and are highly motivated. Keep us in your prayers.
