Today is our last day of a long pilgrimage. After four full days and Jordan and nine in Israel the trip comes to a close today and everyone heads to the airport tonight.
But we started with an early morning with Mass in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel in the Holy Sepulchre. We walked back for breakfast and then we went to visit the Garden Tomb. This is the Protestant alternative to the actual site in the Holy Sepulchre. We went for the fun of it to listen to their presentation and then I gave everyone a handout that explains in detail why the Garden Tomb is a fake site and why and how we know where the true tomb is.
From there we went to Rossini‘s for lunch and everyone had the rest of the day off until dinner and heading to the airport.
