The plans fell into place perfectly. Up at 4:30 and on the bus by 5 AM; beginning the Via Dolorosa at 5:30. That got us to the Holy Sepulchre in time to go up and touch the top of Calvary. I told people that if they had touched that rock 2000 years ago, their hands would come up sticky with Jesus‘s blood.

We then did a tour of the church and had Mass at the tomb with a Franciscan‘s and the pipe organs. As soon as the Mass was over we went in, and everyone touched the tomb.

A good breakfast was had by all and then we went to the Western Wall and then to the top of the Mount of Olives for lunch before we came home to the Notre Dame for a tour of the Holy Shroud Exhibit. Everyone had the afternoon free and many went into the Old City and enjoyed exploring. A good dinner and early to bed.
