We gathered in the lobby at 6:30 AM – all fourteen of us. Anticipation and a bid of dread filled the air. “All the way around the Walls of Jerusalem? Can we keep up?”
I took the opportunity to show the pilgrim runners all the great sites around the city. It helped tie up the loose ends from the pilgrimage.
We all stuck together well. Enjoyed running with my daughter Emily and friend Sean. The Call family of six were a lot of fun and all the others were champs too.
