In the last issue of National Catholic Register (link to the paper, not the article) they published an interview with me on the front page. I thought it turned out nicely.
Two people have written me to criticize me for my comments on the conflict in the Middle East. The interview was given only a few days into the conflict and had I given the interview today, I may have worded things a bit differently — but not much differently.
I will delve into this more next week when I return home — discussing the situation in the Middle East and clarifying my thoughts here on my blog.
In the meantime we are pulling out of Ketchikan Alaska, heading for Victoria British Columbia. I am writing this in my handheld 🙂 More soon.
