This morning the Supreme Court refused to act and therefore affirms the lower court’s decision to starve Terri to death. As of 11:30 AM EST we are waiting to see if Jeb Bush’s attempt to remove Terri from the hospice and take possession of her will work. The judge will rule whether Bush can or cannot take her into the custody of the state.
My guess is the judge will be stubborn and refuse, at which point Jeb Bush should exercise his authority, take custody of Terri, and slam the judge who has put himself in the place of God — ruling as a legislater  from the bench– while ignoring the actual legislature.
