Federal Court Agrees to Hear Appeal in Schiavo Case

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has stunned observers in the case of Terri Schiavo by agreeing to consider a petition for a new hearing on whether to reconnect Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube. This is an eleventh hour decision, as the 41-year old woman is entering her thirteenth day without food or water.
