According to recent surveys it looks like we’re losing the war an LGBTQ. Here is a survey of the major religious institutions and their change and acceptance between 2007 and 2014. The trend is not good.

St  Paul wrote,

Rom 1:26  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:27  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

St. Paul also wrote in Sacred Scripture,

1 Corinthians 6:9–10: Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.”

Unfortunately, we in the USA and elsewhere in the Western world–including the former Christendom–have too often given in and accepted counterfeits of marriage as if they were genuine marriage. Too many accepted the State’s decrees that the State could put aside marriages, this gave rise to the widespread acceptance of impermanent pseudo-marriages as equal to real marriages. Contracepting gave rise to intentionally sterile pseudo-marriages and again these were widely accepted as equivalent to real marriages. Then came the idea of pseudo-marriages constructed on the sands of infatuations or so-called romantic love. These gave rise to the now widely accepted idea that such relationships were equivalent to real marriages. Eventually more and more of the pretenses of these counterfeit forms of marriage were dropped and few people even understood what a real marriage was any longer. When the LGBQWERTY crowd came along and wanted their counterfeits accepted as if just as valid as real marriages, nobody in the Church or the popular media could mount a defense of real marriage anymore–at least not one that was understood by common people lacking theology Ph.D. degrees.
