In Arabic the river is named Wadi el-Yubis. It is up north in Jordan in the Gilead mountains not far from Elijah’s hometown of Tishbe (which we also found).
The Wadi Cherith is way out of the way and we had a good challenge to find it. Even our lifetime Christian Jordanian guide did not know where this was.
I hope you’ll enjoy seeing what we did today in preparation for our next Footprints of God movie on Elijah-Elisha. It will be shot in June in Jordan, Israel and Egypt we will have it finished by the end of this year pray for us!
