Act Now! Help Defund Planned Parenthood
Secular liberal Democrats have fought to maintain the mandatory federal funding of Planned Parenthood far too long! America is on the verge of pulling the plug on Planned Parenthood’s God-forsaken ‘business’ of killing unborn children. In fact, the U.S. Senate just passed a bill late last night by a 51-48 vote to begin the process of defunding Planned Parenthood and repealing Obamacare. The U.S. House of Representatives will be considering this bill (Senate Concurrent Resolution 3) as early as tomorrow, Friday, January 13. This bill is being used as part of the reconciliation process to set the annual budget for upcoming years, and Republican leadership has the chance to use this bill to help defund Planned Parenthood and repeal Obamacare. They have to pass this bill first, and this bill will be used to give instructions for congressional committees in the U.S. House and Senate to write the language defunding Planned Parenthood and repealing Obamacare. (This means you will hear from us several more times urging you to take action on related measures to defund Planned Parenthood and repeal Obamacare.
