We Voted Today!

by Steve Ray on September 26, 2014

Since Janet and I will be out of the country leading groups through Ireland, Israel and the footprints of St. Paul until mid-November, we voted today by absentee ballot.

We picked up our ballot and he asked why we needed to vote early. I told him we were Catholics and led Catholic pilgrimages and would be in Israel and I gave him my Catholic brochure (don’t need to be a convert to do this kind of thing, by the way :-)

Who did we vote for?

Come on! You don’t know? We voted conservative, Pro-life, Pro-family, smaller government, anti-Obama, religious freedom …

… we even spent an hour looking up all the judges to see what their judicial philosophy was (visit www.Judgepedia.com). I walked in with my big cross around my neck and said, “Thanks!”

Please dear God, inspire many other good folks to vote the right way. We have grandkids!! We care about the future of our country and our world. The only thing evil needs to prevail is for good men to do nothing.
