New Movie Catholics Should Support

Tim Staples writes:

As some of you know, I [Tim Staples] have a very small part in the up-coming movie, “Little Boy.” There are pre-screenings happening across the country right now. I play a “soldier in the hospital” and I have three lines. Thus begins and ends my Hollywood career.

But seriously, I really believe we need to support groups like Metanoia Films (the producers of this excellent film) who are trying to make a positive impact in Hollywood from the inside. And, as you will see in this movie, with actors and actresses like Tom Wilkinson, Emily Watson, David Henrie, Kevin James, Sean Aston, Cary Tagawa, Ted Levine, Michael Rapaport, Ben Chaplaine, Ali Landry, and Eduardo Verastigui, this is truly a quality movie in spite of the producers poor choice for the “soldier at hospital.”

Be sure to see it and often when it comes out!

Peace be with you, Steve.

I just listened to the Catholic Answers pod cast you offered about evangelizing family and friends. Thank you, I have taken some of your words to heart.

I met Patrick Coffin a few months ago in Newark CA, at St Edward parish. He inspired me to write a Catholic blog, and I have started one. If you have time to waste, here is the link

Peace be with you
