Pilgrimage Update

by Steve Ray on April 8, 2008

We are having a great time in Jerusalem. Everyone is doing fine and having a wonderful time. We've been to the Mount of Olives and Mount Zion, Gethsemane, the Western Wall, the Upper Room. We had a private meeting with the Bishop of Jerusalem, ate great food everywhere.

We led Jim Caviezel with our group along the Via Dolorosa for Mass in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (great showing Jesus where he carried his cross :-), ate dinner and danced in Bethlehem, and much much more.

We have one day left and I will try to upload the last few days tomorrow. I am having technical difficulties with YouTube and the internet — it says it will take 300 minutes to upload an 8 minute video. I will try again tomorrow. I have them all made for Day 5, 6, and 7 — I just need the internet to cooperate so I can upload them for your enjoyment.

Then I have good news for you! Over the last 10 years Barbara Morgan and her team from Franciscan University in Steubenville Ohio have been laboring to provide vibrant, new and orthodox material for RCIA teachers and students. I cannot recommend this material more. Click on the image to visit the Association for Catechumenal Ministry.

If you are an RCIA teacher, a pastor or deacon, or even if you know someone who is, check out this marvelous material.
